Prom Dress Inspiration from Katy Perry January 30, 2009

I was watching an exclusive performance and interview with Katy Perry on cosmogirl.com this week — it reminded me that Katy Perry is a perfect style icon for prom, especially if you favor shorter dresses.

Katy PerryOn MyPromStyle.com, I created a slideshow of Katy’s best dresses for you to browse for ideas. Don’t worry, I left out her crazy ice cream dress, owl eyes dress, and carousel dress — fab as they were on the red carpet, not so good for prom! My favorite dress is this one on the left, which she wore to an InTouch party. It reminds me of something Betsey Johnson, my favorite designer, would create.
